Today we share with you a little exercise so that you can incorporate it into your conscious beauty ritual:

Stand in front of the mirror.

Relax your shoulders and lengthen your neck.

Soften the frown and breathe for a few moments.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the nose.



Now suck in the cheeks as much as you can and while holding this position gently tap them with your hands.

Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
