A very useful tool to purify the body after summer excesses are green juices. These natural concoctions made from green leaves and aromatic plants, some fruit and water are ideal for purifying accumulated toxins and restoring the functioning of vital organs (such as the liver, for example).

To make these efficient, it is important to follow a small premise: make juices with 100% vegetables , or 80% vegetables and 20% fruits. The more vegetables there are, the more purifying it will be.

(the preparation of the juices is identical for all of them: in a juice extractor, introduce the vegetable ingredients, previously washed and drained, and peel them if they are not organic).

Apple and parsley juice : (1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

2 handfuls of dandelion leaves,

1 handful of alfalfa sprouts,

1 cucumber,

10 sprigs of parsley,

2 lemons,

1 green apple.

Celery and mint juice : (1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

1 stalk of celery,

1 cucumber,

1 piece of ginger root,

5 mint leaves,

2 stalks of fennel.

Spinach and broccoli juice : (1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of broccoli,

5 sprigs of parsley,

2 celery stalks,

1/2 of cucumber,

1 handful of spinach.

Cucumber and basil juice : (1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

2 celery stalks,

1 cucumber,

1 green apple,

5 fresh basil leaves,

1 piece of ginger root,

1 piece of turmeric root.
