RETURN POLICY
We are so confident in our products that we offer returns on all our garments up to 60 days after receipt of your order .
Garments must be returned unused and with all original tags and packaging attached.
We accept international returns and offer pre-paid return labels in most European countries. More details here .
HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE OF SIZE, COLOR OR MODEL OF MY ORDER?
MAINLAND SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS
Changes in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are FREE. You have 60 days.
If you want to exchange an item, access the returns portal that you will find in the footer of our website HERE and choose the "exchange" option.
We will issue a label so that you can return your garment and within 24 hours from the delivery of your package at the Post Office you will receive a check for the value of the returned garment so that you can make the purchase of the model you wish to change.
*The check includes the value of the product, but not the original shipping costs, if any.
CANARY ISLANDS AND INTERNATIONAL
You have 60 days.
If you want to change an item Access the returns portal that you will find in the footer of our website HERE and choose the option "exchange".
Depending on the country and area in which you are, you will receive a label to return your merchandise or you will receive instructions to send the merchandise using the shipping system of your choice.
Once we receive your garment, we will send you a check by email for the value of the returned garment so that you can make the purchase of the model you wish to change.
*The check includes the value of the product, but not the original shipping costs, if any.

Once received and reviewed in our warehouses, the amount paid will be refunded in the same form of payment used.
Returns of dirty garments, without labels or with clear signs of use will not be accepted. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Depending on the country and area in which you are, you will receive a label to return your merchandise or you will receive instructions to send the merchandise using the shipping system of your choice.
You will receive the refund in your original payment method, deducting from this any customs expenses that may occur upon receipt of your return as well as the return transportation expenses paid by Believe Athletics, if any.
Returns of dirty garments, without labels or with clear signs of use will not be accepted. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDER. WHAT I CAN DO?

At Believe Athletics we carefully check each of our garments, but if we have missed some detail and exceptionally a garment arrives with some defect, access the exchange and returns portal that you will find in the footer of the web page and indicate that you have received a defective product. We will contact you to solve the incident.

A garment damaged by use after 3 months of purchase will not be considered defective.
