* Delivery times valid for orders placed before 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Thursday 12:31pm and Friday 12:30pm will be shipped on Friday with delivery starting on Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:31 pm will be shipped the following Monday.
** We have improved our shipments to the Canary Islands and they are no longer subject to DUA for orders under 150 euros.
*** US orders under $800 don't pay any duties. Postal only valid for small orders (less than 2 items)
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, changes and returns are free.
In the Canary Islands and International, the customer must send the merchandise using the transportation system of their choice or use prepaid labels (available depending on the country or territory). Returns with pre-paid labels have the detailed cost here .

3. SHIPPING COUNTRIES
We ship to most countries around the world. If you're having trouble purchasing, please contact us at orders@believeathletics.com and we'll figure out how to get it to you!
4. CAN I EXTEND OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS CONFIRMED?
Write to us and we will do our best! There is the possibility of changing your order during the first 30 minutes after your purchase, once that time has elapsed it goes into preparation and we can no longer guarantee it (but we do try, contact us!). To do this, you must send an email to orders@believeathletics.com or call us at +34 660 373 779 and we will make the changes you indicate.
5. TRACKING MY ORDER
Once your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email to inform you that your item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number and link.
6. CUSTOMS COSTS AND IMPORT TAXES
If you are within the European Union your purchases are free of customs costs and import taxes , except:
- Canary Islands: Our shipments to the Canary Islands are not subject to DUA for orders of less than 150 euros. In any case, they may be subject to the Canary Islands tax, which is 3% of the purchase value. Therefore, when the product arrives at customs, the Canary Islands authorities will contact you by phone to inform you of the exact price to pay. If you refuse to receive the merchandise and it is returned to origin, all costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refund.
- Ceuta and Melilla: Purchases made from Ceuta and Melilla are subject to the payment of the IPSI, which varies depending on the value of the merchandise. Therefore, when the product arrives, the local authorities will contact you by phone to inform you of the exact price to pay.
