WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE IMAGES?
That's how it is.

I AM NOT SURE OF MY SIZE OR WHICH STYLE WILL FIT ME BEST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You have a size simulator on each product page, we invite you to try it! The simulator will indicate the most appropriate size for that product according to your characteristics. If you have any doubts, you will also see a general size guide on each page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE IT AND WANT TO RETURN IT?
Don't worry, you have 90 days to return your order for a refund. The return is free and easy, you just have to request it in the returns portal that you will find in the footer of the page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A WRONG SIZE?
Don't worry, you have 60 days to change your order for free.
You only have to request it in the portal of changes and returns that you will find in the footer of the page.

HOW DO PRE-ORDER ITEMS WORK?
If an item is out of stock and we plan to receive more stock, you will be given the option to pre-order. In all orders in reserve we usually indicate on the same product page and before making the purchase, what is the expected delivery date. Once your order is placed you will receive an informative email with all the details.

THERE IS NO STOCK OF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO BUY
If the item you want to buy is out of stock, we recommend that you go to the product page, select your size and request the option “Notify me if it returns//Notify when available” . Whether we replace the item, or if we receive a unit from an exchange or return, you will receive an email informing you about the availability of said product.

If you cannot find the option "Notify me if it returns//Notify when available" in the product file, it means that said item is out of stock and we do not plan to replace it, or receive any new units.

WHAT IS THE MAIN COMPONENT OF THE FABRICS YOU USE?
Most of our products are made of polyamide. The use of polyamide (versus polyester) provides unique properties such as increased odor resistance, a softer feel, and increased durability.

The polyamide used in the creation of our fabrics consumes an extraordinarily lower amount of water than cotton garments: 10 liters of water per Believe legging compared to 2,400 liters of water in a traditional cotton T-shirt.

In addition, we also contribute to reducing water and energy consumption by creating garments with antimicrobial technology that do not need frequent washing.

Fair and environmentally friendly production in Europe is of vital importance to us! We take the quality of our products and the ethical principles of our manufacturers very seriously and strive to achieve the highest standards. We only work with companies with whom we have a personal relationship and who share our standards and views on quality. Most of our products are manufactured in the Iberian Peninsula and a small part in Asia. All our suppliers have prestigious international certifications such as GOTS, BCI, Global Sustainability, BSCI, Global Recycled Standard and Oeko-Tex among others, which ensure decent working conditions, sustainable production, use of the highest quality textiles, recycled materials certificates and reduction of water consumption in manufacturing processes.

HOW ARE YOUR FABRICS PRODUCED?
We care about the environment. All our knitting factories are Oeko-Tex certified. Our production is made with recycled fabrics and all the garments carry their corresponding certification.

ARE THERE MINORS IN YOUR FACTORIES?
Of course not! UNICEF estimates that 150 million children around the world are part of the production chain.
We will not be part of that. We care about people, our entire production chain is free of child labor and we make sure that everyone involved in our supply chain works under fair and remunerated conditions. 99% of our fabrics come from Spain and Italy, and our manufacturing takes place in Portugal. What happens to the remaining 1%? We only work with carefully selected suppliers that are certified to SA8000, ISO 9001 standards, and have passed strict audit processes.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT IN THREE INSTALLMENTS WORK WITH KLARNA ?
Pay in 3 will allow you to distribute the value of your purchase in 3 installments. Each payment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you registered at checkout. The first installment is charged when Believe Athletics confirms your order, followed by the second and third installments, which will be charged 30 and 60 days later, respectively. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. If you don't receive it or if you want to change something in the shipping information, such as the address, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at orders@believeathletics.com .

I HAVE FINISHED MY PURCHASE, BUT I WANT TO ADD ANOTHER ITEM BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED
We can edit your order during the first 30 minutes after your purchase. Get in touch with us at orders@believeathletics.com indicating in the subject "ADD Item to my order with number #xxxxxxxxx" . We will send you an email with a payment link so you can pay the difference in the cost of the new item.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED
We can cancel your order during the first 30 minutes after your purchase. Get in touch with us at orders@believeathletics.com indicating in the subject “ CANCEL my order with number #xxxxxxxxx” . If the order has not yet been prepared, we can cancel it and refund the full amount paid, including possible shipping costs. If the order has already been prepared, the process to follow will be that of a conventional return and any possible implicit shipping costs will not be refundable.

OHMM POINTS AND DISCOUNT CODES

I HAVE EXCHANGED MY OHMM POINTS FOR A DISCOUNT CHECK BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT AND CONTINUE EARNING
Get in touch with us at orders@believeathletics.com indicating in the subject "CANCEL Ohmm Points Check" and we will return the points so you can continue accumulating.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE PER ORDER?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

WHERE DO I HAVE TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODES?
Some of our promotions are applied automatically in the shopping cart. Others, such as the 10% discount code for the first purchase, the discount codes from the exchange of your Ohmm Points and other promotional codes can be applied on the first page of Check Out, in the "Gift card or discount code" box. ”, which you will find just below the list of products in your order.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY GARMENTS
To ensure that your clothing remains in optimal condition, we recommend the following washing instructions:
  • Do not dry clean
  • Machine wash inside out
  • Maximum temperature 30C
  • Handle with Care
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not use dryer
  • It is not necessary to iron any of our garments, but if you wish to do so, iron it inside out and at a low temperature
