Returns and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
We are fully confident in the quality of our products, that's why we offer returns on all our garments up to 60 days after placing your order.
National Returns (mainland Spain):
- FREE returns and exchanges with home delivery.
International Returns (Europe):
- Reduced shipping costs on returns.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. In the event that the returned items do not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the product, which will result in the cancellation of the refund. It is important to note that in these situations, return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
CHANGES
- Size, model or color changes are allowed.
- The first exchange is free of charge. For additional exchanges, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
RETURNS
- You can choose between two reimbursement options:
- Instant through Reveni: You will receive your money in 4 seconds* after completing the return form.
- Through the original payment method: You will receive a refund within 10 to 15 working days once we receive the returned items in our warehouse.
* If the payment was made through Klarna it is not possible to request an instant refund.
