FREE SHIPPING for orders over 49€ in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. For lower orders the shipping cost is 4,50€.

2. ORDER PREPARATION TIME
All orders received before 13:00 hours Monday through Friday are processed and placed in the hands of the courier company the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 hours, or on non-working days or weekends, will be prepared and shipped the next working day.

4. CAN I EXTEND OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Yes! You can change or extend your order if it has not yet left our offices. To do so, you will need to send an email to. [email protected] or call us at +34 660 373 779 and we will make the changes you indicate.
5. TRACKING MY ORDER
Once your order leaves our facilities you will receive 2 emails:
1- From Believe Athletics to inform you that your item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number and link.
2- From the courier company in which they will also provide you with a link to manage your delivery preferences(you do not need to do anything unless you need any of the special delivery options detailed in section 6 below).

If you are located within the European Union your purchases are free of customs costs and import taxesexcept:
- Canary Islands: Purchases made from Canary Islands are subject to taxes, which vary according to the value of the goods. Therefore, when the product arrives at customs, the authorities Canary Islands will contact you by phone to inform you of the exact price to be paid.
- Ceuta and Melilla: Purchases made from Ceuta and Melilla are subject to payment of IPSI, which varies depending on the value of the goods. Therefore, upon arrival of the product, the local authorities will contact you by phone to inform you of the exact price to be paid.
