Believe Welcome Pack is a tailor-made box in which you can include up to 3 outfits (6 garments) of your choice that you will receive at home to try on.

At your home, unhurried, with privacy.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Select your Welcome Pack, choose up to 6 items and pay 35€.
2. In 24-48 hours you will receive your outfits at home so you can try them on at your leisure.
3. You have 15 days from the time you place your order to decide. Once you know which ones you want to keep, request a free pick-up of what you don't keep in the returns portal.
4. Pay for the difference of what you keep through a link we will provide you. If you do not fit any garment, we will refund 100% of the amount once we receive the box back. The refund is free in any case, even if you don't keep any garment.
